Kevin Riggs is the Principal of Kevin Riggs Consulting Group. His practice focuses on government advocacy & lobbying, economic development, public relations & policy research, legislative monitoring, and strategic communications. During his 20 plus years in Public Policy, he has gained extensive experience working with the Illinois Governor’s Legislative and Economic Development Team and the leadership within the Illinois Senate & House of Representatives, and varied state agencies to advance legislation on behalf of corporate and non-profit entities.
